1 Party, 4 Themes

2 weeks ago, I was hired to bake 3 dozen cuppies for a "joint" birthday party.

The party was for
1 Hello Kitty fan,
1 leopard print lover,
1 girlie girl,
and 1 work-out fanatic (LOL).

Check them out...
I really enjoyed making the "I <3 my biceps" (LOL)...
I LOVED the Hello Kitty toppers!!!
she's so cute :)
and the leopard print toppers were also really pretty...
The cuppies were a mix of yellow and chocolate cuppies with a homemade caramel filling topped with vanilla and chocolate buttercream... YUMMY!!!

Hope you liked them :)

M.A.C cosmetics

Last weekend, I was hired to bake a birthday cake for my cousin.
Who, by the way, is a very talented makeup artist.
You should check out her facebook page... MakeUpByMaddie.

Okay... back to the cake (LOL).
Here it is...
It's a small quilted makeup bag surrounded by a few "M.A.C" beauty essentials...
a set of eye shadows, a pair of faux eyelashes, mascara, and lipstick.
here's a close-up of the eyelashes...
so cute <3
I LOVED the way the name tag came out... esp with the coral lipstick laying on top of it!
and... I LOVED the grey python cake board... it added a nice touch to the overall presentation :)
The cake was Red Velvet with cream cheese filling... YUMMY!!!

I can't wait to share my next creation with you :)

Shots anyone?!?!?

Last weekend I was hired to make my very first Patron bottle shaped cake.
Check it out...
It was the first time I had ever used edible paper and I LOVED the way it came out!
The label looked GREAT!!!

Here's a close-up of the limes...
cause everyone knows, you can't have tequila shots without limes (LOL).
The cake was chocolate with a chocolate mousse and fresh strawberry filling... YUMMY!!!

Monster Mash...

Halloween has just recently climbed to the tippie-top of my favorite holiday list :)

I had so much FUN prepping for my little "Monster Mash"!!!
So many things to do and bake, so little time (LOL).

First of all, I have to say I LOVE Target!!!
They ALWAYS have the best selection of party decor.
I picked up these goodie bags from the 99cent section...

I also purchased these vampire fangs at Target...
they made for some GREAT vampire napkin rings...
I whipped up these really cute spider lollipops...
And then, it was on to one of my favorite desserts...
Chocolate covered pretzels.  YUMMY YUM YUM!!!
And last, but not least, "Halloween hang-ups"...
I got the idea from my long time friend, Martha Stewart (I wish!!!  LOL).
For these, I used my handy-dandy Cricut, armed with the Pumpkin Carving and Happy Hauntings cartridges.
I LOVE the way they turned out!!!
Check out how it all came together...
Here's the dessert table...
It featured a MINI cake, yellow cuppies with chocolate buttercream, chocolate cuppies with "fluff" cream, chocolate covered pretzels, and spider lollies... YUMMY :)
 Here's a close-up...
And here's a look at the kiddie table...
FULL with arts and craft supplies.
Each setting had it's own MINI pumpkin for painting :)

I hope you enjoyed my post!!!
