I made this MINI cake last Friday for a 7 year old princess who was cast as Cinderella in her school play... It was to celebrate her last performance :)

St Patrick's Day

St Patty's Day is a big holiday for my coworkers so... I really wanted to bake something festive. These cuppies are chocolate Guinness filled with chocolate ganache and frosted with a Bailey's Irish buttercream... yummy :)

I can not wait to bring these to work!!!  

They're the perfect after work "happy hour" cuppies and would make a great St Patty's day gifts.  

I hope to sell out of them quickly :)

Cookies n' Cream

I baked these yummy MINI cuppies for our Interns last day.

What better way to say "Goodbye & Good Luck" than with yummy cuppies (lol).

As I was sitting in my kitchen last night, thinking about what flavor to bake, it hit me... Cookies n' Cream would be PERFECT!  I mean... who wouldn't LOVE a cuppie that has the best of both worlds?!?!?  Not only is the combination of Vanilla AND Chocolate perfect, but the cake is super moist and it tastes absolutely AMAZING!!!

Drum roll please....

I'm so excited to finally announce the addition of Dominican Cake to my Yummy menu... yay!!!
It's like a slice of heaven and it tastes AMAZING with Dulce de Leche, Pineapple, or Guava filling :)

I can not wait to start on this new baking journey (lol).  Hope to post pics soon :)

A very LEGO birthday...

I had a great time working on this weekend's order... a LEGO themed cake for a very special boy... My husband's Godson :)

and here's the finished product...

The #6 was handmade with fondant and was fragile... I was worried it might crack or break in transit so... for these pictures, I decided to lay it on the cake... I didn't want to risk it.  But... once it was delivered, it stood right next to the LEGO boy :)

I absolutely LOVED the LEGO baseboard!!!  It was a great touch!
My Hubby helped me put it together... I love you babe :)

The cake was a hit and I rec'd great feedback :)

I can't wait to start working on the next one!

My latest creation...

I was hired by a friend to bake a MINI cake for her coworker who is being transferred to another department... from shipping to production :)

She requested a YUMMY vanilla MINI cake with vanilla buttercream filling covered with fondant topped with a UPS shipping box and a needle and thread.  I thought the design concept sounded super cute and I couldn't wait to get started!!!
